For Speaker Presentation

The delivery of effective oral presentations is one of the best ways to get your ideas accepted and to develop new opportunities. A good presentation will increase your credibility, enhance your authority as an expert, and most importantly show respect for the audience who is investing their time and effort listening to you.

If the objective of a presentation is to get the audience to accept your ideas, then the development and delivery of an effective presentation are among the most important tasks. The development of an effective presentation requires careful planning, preparation and delivery.

  • Please arrive at the session room at least 30 minutes before the start of thesession.
  • Allocated time for each speaker would be 25 minutes (20 minutes of your presentation + 5 minutes of questionnaire/discussion). Presentations can be submitted in advance of the congress to the conference manager.
  • Chairs & Co – Chairs have been instructed to stop you from speaking if you go over the allotted time.The presenter is responsiblefor delivering the presentation within the specified time.
  • All Presentations should be set in 16:9 HD wide-screen format presented by laptop. An Audio Visual Technician (AV Tech) will visit all session rooms at the beginning of each session toensure the equipment and presentations are loaded and ready to go. You can use your own laptops for the presentation and/or demonstration under unavoidable conditions.

Poster Presentation

You may wish to consider a poster presentation as opposed to the traditional oral presentation because posters allow you more time to present to a much larger audience base.A poster presentation allows a presenter to provide a visual summary of their research and/or innovation tobe displayed for sharing with conference Speakers &delegates with a dedicated time.

  • Each poster session author will be provided with a 1 Meter x 1 Meter poster board area and mounting pins.
  • You are advised to be in the poster area at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your presentation. Posters left up past that time will be discarded.
  • Poster evaluation and Certificate distribution will be done by the judges. Poster awards will be presented on day 3 during closing ceremony

Workshop/Symposia

  • Arrive at your venue at least 60 minutes before the session to ensure all presentations and audiovisual arrangements are properly set-up.
  • Allocated time for workshop depends on the number of people conducting the workshop, subject discussion or hands – on project. Please contact the program manager about the required time duration for conducting a workshop or symposia.
  • Bring an electronic copy of your presentation with you, along with any printed handouts and worksheets to the session. Organizers of the workshop are advised to bring their products or equipment for hands – on training.

Virtual Presentation

Due to time constrain, GE gives an opportunity to researchers who could not attend the conference due to tight schedule, commitments or unavailability of resources.You can still participate at our esteemed conference without being physically present during the conference. You can send us the recorded video of your presentation which will be played during the time of conference.

  • The presentation time will be for 20 – 25 minutes.
  • Certification by committee member will be sent through email (soft copy) after the completion of conference to the individuals.
  • Your abstracts will be published in the International respective journal and abstract book proceedings.

E – Poster

You can share your research in the form of e- poster which will be displayed on the conference website. E-poster will be displayed and accessible in our conference website.

  • E-Postershould be in these formats: PowerPoint, PDF or JPG. The e-Poster consists of one page only.
  • Landscape format is highly recommended, the size of 122 cm wide x 91 cm high, with a simple and clear typeface. Try to be clear and concise with design and content.
  • Certification by committee member will be sent through email (soft copy) after the completion of conference to the individuals.
  • Your abstracts will be published in the International respective journal and abstract book proceedings.

Certification

Attendees will be provided with the certificate signed by the conference organizing committee member. Your name and affiliation will be printed on the certificated as per the records provided to the conference manager. For any changes or modifications, please contact the manager before 35 days of the conference.
